the idea: prime a wash cloth and possibly paint?

I got a little carried away with the PVA yesterday while I was priming some new knitting canvasses.  That stuff works like a charm by the way, clear, stiff, and I can paint on it.  What else can a girl ask for?

For the past couple years I’ve been using this black washcloth to wipe off my paintbrushes, create textures on my canvas, and soak up spills.  The amount of oil in that thing is probably simple insane.  But, over time, it has developed some very interesting patterns.  So when I was going on my PVA binge it only made sense to do that as well.

Now we’ll just have to see if I leave it as is or paint it.
