the idea: at the expense of some sleep and the understanding of a movie plot, spend an evening exchanging life stories with a new person

This is a relatively self-explanatory idea, and one that I just engaged in four over four hours, thus the late post today.  But it is also something that I truly enjoy and don’t get to do as often as I would like to.

Meeting a fascinating new person is wonderful.  Getting to sit down with them and dedicate an evening to exchanging even just the beginning of life stories is even more so.  This is one of the plus sides of having a yearly lease with three other roommates, there are plenty of people to get to know.
