the idea: run an ad campaign for a bookstore by putting sleepers next to their favorite main characters
the ideator: ACW Grey Tel-Aviv and Steimatzky
About two weeks ago I finally got a library card in Massachusetts. It’s been on my mind ever since I moved here two years ago, and finally I had everything I needed (mainly a car, a piece of mail, and some time). Since then I have been throwing myself into new books, diving into the world of other authors whenever my world felt a little too boring or difficult.
The new ad campaign by ACW Grey Tel-Aviv for the Israeli bookstore Steimatzky, the oldest and largest bookstore chain in Israeli, perfectly describes my last few weeks of literary abandon. In them, a reader falls asleep while holding their favorite book and the main character sleeps next to them. Not only are these wonderful pictures, some of them have even been made into videos.
